The service

Echo Presence is provided by Circle Of Bytes ApS (CVR 45063925), Hornslet, Denmark ("we"). It helps you and your team plan, capture and share your presence at events, including publishing posts to LinkedIn. By using Echo Presence you accept these terms.

Accounts and teams

You are responsible for your account and for what happens in it. The owner of a team workspace decides who is a member and what role they have. Owners and editors can see, change and delete the workspace's content.

Your content

You keep all rights to the photos, texts and other content you add. You give us the rights we need to store, process and show your content to your team, and to publish it to LinkedIn when you or your team ask us to. You must have the right to use the content you add, including the consent of people shown in photos you publish.

LinkedIn

When you connect LinkedIn, your use of LinkedIn is also governed by LinkedIn's User Agreement. You may only publish to company pages where you have the necessary role. Echo Presence is not affiliated with or endorsed by LinkedIn.

Acceptable use

Do not use Echo Presence for unlawful, misleading or harmful content, for spam, or to break the rules of LinkedIn or of the events you attend. We may suspend accounts that do.

Prices and subscriptions

Echo Presence is free for individuals. Team features require a subscription bought in the App Store. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled and are managed and refunded under Apple's terms, in your Apple account settings.

Availability and liability

We work to keep Echo Presence available and your data safe, but the service is provided as is, and we do not guarantee that it is always available or free of errors. Keep your own copies of important photos. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect loss, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under mandatory consumer law.

Ending

You can stop using Echo Presence and delete your account at any time. We may end the service with reasonable notice.

Changes and law

We may update these terms and will tell you in the app about significant changes. Danish law applies, and disputes go to the Danish courts.
